This is my second transport with AmeriFreight Car Transport. My previous experience (Elkridge, MD to Richmond Hill, GA in 2016) solidified that I would contact them directly for my current transport (Richmond Hill, GA to San Antonio, TX {1501663915-RW} ). I shipped two vehicles ('99 Grand AM and a '03 Vibe GT) and Danielle was very receptive to my questions and concerns. Everything was clear cut with no hidden jargon. When I misunderstood my insurance options, she took the time to explain the pros/cons of each plan to help me determine the best one for my vehicles. When I needed to shift my dates, the process was painless. I had a minor hiccup with vehicle pick up dates and Danielle was quick help me get another carrier and kept me updated right up to the pick up. The carrier was very professional. The driver (Chris) saw how well we upkept our vehicles and took care of them from load to unload. I have recommended them as my vehicle transporter of choice to my family and friends. If i have to transport my vehicles again, i will not hesitate to contact them again.
