Service was above average. Overall good staff who were easy to reach, polite, and worked diligently with my last minute changes. Cost was a bit over what I expected, but there weren't many options available from Maine to Idaho. Only major criticism I had was with regards to meeting my pick-up timeline. Originally, I was expected to have my pick-up location in Maine, however this was too far out of the way for almost every carrier. Fortunately I was able to arrange an alternate location in Massachusetts last minute, which only happened to coincide with my schedule. Had I not been in Massachusetts for a few days, I would have most likely not been able to ship my vehicle from Maine. This could have been accounted for sooner in my planning, if AmeriFreight staff informed me sooner that pick-up from Maine was highly unlikely
