I needed to ship my Ford Mustang (my baby) from Washington State to Orlando in July of 2019. I was very nervous because I hadn’t done that before. I did a lot of online research to find out how it was done, how much it would cost and who should do it.
It became apparent to me that I should use a broker which would have access to many carriers and could find the best one for me. As I compared brokers, AmeriFreight shot right to the top. They did not disappoint.
Kimberly was assigned to my shipment. She immediately contacted me and she was extremely patient with me as I asked and she answered all of my many questions and concerns. At the end, she said ‘Jim, don’t worry, I’ll be there with you every step of the way from now until your car is delivered safely in Orlando’. That did it for me!
So, Kimberly was there for me! She notified me as to when the car would be picked up and called me to make sure that went well. She called me and gave me updates as my car travelled across the country on the truck. She gave me the driver’s cell number so that I could ask him questions if I had them. Kimberly called me to let me know that the car had been delivered safely and on time. That is GREAT customer service! Oh, and the price was exactly what Kimberly and I had agreed upon.
