Process was extremely easy with the guidance of Samantha. Once a shipper was located and everything arranged, transport from pick-up to delivery went very well. The motorcycle was shipped securely strapped down to a pallet that had a little ramp at the edge for easy loading and unloading; the driver was friendly and efficient. He knew exactly where he was going as far as delivery address was concerned. Follow up was great from both AmeriFreight and the transport company. The only negative was the ultimate cost of the transport - more than what I was quoted. I could have waited for another quote but i wanted the motorcycle sooner than later and the final destination is a bit out of the way for most transport companies. I would use AmeriFreight again if the need ever arises.
