When all was said and done the car was shipped without any problems but I thought Amerifreights communication really lacked. I'm on the west coast so just about every time I called to check up on the car I got a voicemail box. Plus, I shouldnt really need to call and check up in the first place. If my car is going to be picked up late or dropped off late. Amerifreight should have contacted me.
To be fair, this is the first time i've ever used a car shipping company, so I dont have much to compare with. But from a customer service stand point I thought there was much room for improvement.
