The customer service offered by AmeriFreight was great. They were responsive and quick to answer emails/calls. My car was picked up the day after it was available for pickup and it arrived across the country in 5 days. I knocked off a point because I wish the carrier they chose stayed in better communication with me, but I know that is beyond AmeriFreight's control.
