This was my first experience having a car shipped to another state so needless to say I was very nervous! I did research for a month and settled on a company that had some good reviews (and some bad) but I was very uneasy after speaking with one of the representatives. After that conversation I looked for another company. I came across AmeriFreight when I did a BBB search for car transport companies and based on their ratings, I contacted them and immediately felt at ease. Danielle gave me details about the process, answered my thousands of questions, and helped me calm down about the process. On the day my car was available, I was contacted immediately by Danielle and she provided me information about the carrier and the quoted price. I had already read that advertisements and initial quotes will say $600 or $700 dollars, but the average expense would be $1000, so I was not surprised when the price went up a little---nothing drastic. I agreed to the price, she got the ball rolling, and soon after I received a call from the carrier (CATS). This company (CATS) was simply amazing. Jeremy (Jerry?) with CATS contacted me and walked me through the process from their end. He gave me the dates I would be contacted, and the direct phone number to their driver Christian who would be picking up my car. Christian and I spoke on Sunday (7/12/20) and he said he knew he wouldn't make it by Monday---which I appreciated his honesty---and that he would be there Tuesday afternoon. He contacted me first thing Tuesday morning and gave me the time he would be arriving and he was there--on time! The pick-up was quick and he was very nice! I was shocked when he told me that my car would be the first drop-off so instead of what I thought would take 5 days to deliver, it arrived the next day (from Birmingham, AL to Dallas, Texas). I warned Christian that my father who would be picking up the car was hard of hearing and I was very happy that Christian was patient with him and delivered the car on time---with no issues! I would definitely recommend AmeriFreight based on my experience and I would highly recommend the carrier CATS Auto Transport out of California.
