I needed to ship my Toyota Camry remotely from Dallas, TX to Buffalo, NY unexpectedly as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak in Texas. My consultant, Brittany, was incredible and is the primary reason why I'm leaving this review. She answered all of my questions quickly, was easy to contact, and checked in with me throughout the whole process.
My car came one day late, but it was no problem (again, Brittany was in contact the whole time). When it did come, the was not a scratch on it. Just seeing how careful Joe, the driver, was when unloading it only reassured how safe it was during the trip.
I'm a working graduate student, so I know how tempting it is to shy away from a large bill, but this one is worth it. Just give them a call -- it takes less than ten minutes.
