Never having shipped a car before, I wasn't sure what to expect. The process was different than I would have expected. AmeriFreight acts as a broker and interfaces between the customer and the actual "transport" company. I wasn't in a rush to get my vehicle there which was a good thing since there were delays in both pickup and arrival. When there were delays, I was able to get quick responses via Amerifrieght customer service and they were diligent in following up. Jessie provided excellent service and was very responsive with follow ups and managing the entire process. I would use this company again. The price was fair, customer service was excellent.
