I have absolutely no complaints about their service aspect. Their agents answered questions fast, solved problems quickly, and provided great info throughout the whole process.
I do have one little complaint that is their quote—they quoted significantly lower than others ($1,600 in my case, compared to others at $1,800-2,000), but when the actual offer came, it was 80% more expensive at $2,200, putting them much more expensive than other carriers. I originally chose them because they have great reviews PLUS being cheaper. I hope this is a one off incident instead of them being dishonest to gain customers.
