We transported my daughters car from the midwest to the east coast using AmeriFreight. We had never shipped a car before. It takes a lot of trust. Brittany at AmeriFreight was professional,courteous,and knowledgeable. Brittany found a reputable carrier for us within our stated price range and during the time period we wanted to ship. Brittany walked us through the process and answered our questions immediately through both phone and email. Our driver with Verby Transportation was Paul. We were given his direct contact information. Prior to the pick up date,Paul called and communicated the plan for pick up and delivery. We met him in a parking lot where he loaded the car with easy. We needed the car stored for a few days until we reached the east coast and AmeriFreight and Verby easily accommodated the request. Paul let us know when he arrived and the contact information for the drop off driver,Namik. The car drop off driver Namik,was very prompt and professional.
