I'm generally happy with Amerifreight. Perhaps due to covid and people working from home, the communication was not as good as before. Phone calls go to voicemail, often not returned, and communicating was generally by email. I don't check email every minute, nor do I get a sound notification, so I had to sit by my phone and constantly check for new emails. Mine took 12-18 hours to get a response.
