After searching numerous reviews on several different auto transport companies I decided on using Amerifreight and I must honestly say I am glad I did.This was the first time I had used an auto transport company so the process was a bit intimidating. With that being said, My agent, Lecia, was awesome. She was always at the other end of an email that I sent or phone call I made. I had read so many negative reviews about people having issues getting a hold of anyone with other companies.I did NOT have that issue at all. Lecia was great. It took a few weeks (3 to be exact) to find a carrier for my car BUT that was really to be expected with Covid, etc. BUT, the process was seamless and my car arrived to my new home without a hitch. The fee was a bit more than originally quoted but again, it had to be "bid up" to get a carrier in the middle of their busy season and I was informed of that all along the way and agreed to it. Bottom line is I was extremely happy with Lecia and Amerifreight !!!
