Melissa D was awesome! She was thorough, clear about the details, responsive, patient and flexible when we had to cancel a carrier at the last minute, and overall had a great attitude. I was shipping a car for my boss which was slightly nerve-racking, and not knowing much about the process, I felt like I was in great hands with AmeriFreight.
