AmeriFreight’s First Class Service is stress free

After extensive research, I discovered that AmeriFreight had the most positive reviews out of ten companies that had decent ratings. I also found that people who booked the Economy rate had the most problems because their vehicles were not picked up or delivered when they wanted. So I chose First Class rate. I worked with Samantha Smith who was very efficient. Because of Covid, she was working from home but I never had a problem reaching her or getting a question answered. I booked a 2019 Honda Civic from Massachusetts to Florida with a 1-2 day window of pickup and likewise for delivery. The driver was Arthur from Safeway Towing who was wonderful. AmeriFreight gave us his cell number and he always answered his phone and called my daughter when trying to arrange the most convenient pickup and delivery locations for her. He also delivered the car during daytime hours as AmeriFreight promised me. Only one other carrier said that was possible. Yes, it is possible.. Thank you Samantha and AmeriFreight! Unfortunately, the driver had some problems with the trailer and he was a day late in delivering the car. My daughter had no transportation. I paid $1550 for the transport so I only gave 4 stars. II would definitely use AmeriFreight again.
