AmeriFreight's service is excellent from start to finish. I called them and got the response at once, was given the quote in email. When I actually placed the order, they took down my credit card number and sent me the shipping order form, that's that simple. Then they follow up through via email and calls, and even inform me that they have speed up the process to attract more bids. Then just within a few days, they notify me the pick-up date accurately. The pick-up and delivery was smooth and on time. Later Chantell even explained to me details in the pricing and settlement. I got my car back in good conditions just in a week's time from CA to NJ and Amy was in the loop throughout.
Initially I was not sure which transporter to go with. I checked with my friends. But those they used charge too high. I began searching the internet and contacted a few. Then I got emails from many companies, but when I called them back, there's either no response or the price was too high. And many did not explain how it works, nor they promise a definite date of delivery. When I do some research, I found AmeriFreight and one other company receiving high marks in the review. Of the two, I picked AmeriFreight because of better price and also the communication was really good.
I would recommend using AmeriFreight because of their quality service, friendly communication, and conscientious follow through.
