As a first time user I was deeply confused about the shipping process which made planning out how to get my car shipped from the east coast to the west coast fairly difficult. Luckily I had received from assistance from my the employee overseeing my move, Harry Davis, who very carefully broken down the process step by step and explained exactly what would occur during the process and gave me constant updates as to how the process was going as time came for my car to be shipped. If not for this assistance I believe I would have still have had my car stuck on the east coast as I didn't know what time the trucker driver would be coming to get my car and how long it would take to drive it to my new location. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to ship their vehicle as the employees are both knowledgeable and passionate towards their job of making sure the process goes as smoothly as possible.
