There were communication/language problems with the pick-up person and also arranging the pickup. Driver could not provide any sepcificty about pick-up time. Driver was reluctant to come to the street despite assurances that there was ample room for the truck. He insisted on meeting at nearby Wal-Mart. Then showed up several hours late.
