FAST shipping. PRICE CHANGE after estimate was much HIGHER.

The process is simple but lengthy depending on how long you have to wait between when you order the pickup and when you get any real estimate of the price or date. I didn't understand that you have to wait until the DAY OF PICKUP before they list the vehicle; then you get quotes. First they get info on the vehicle, pickup and drop off locations and dates, then you wait. I had to email in the meantime to ask when we were to pay the deposit - not until you get the quote. The estimate we originally got from AmeriFreight was around $885 but the actual price ended up being something like $1,186 - quite a bit higher. On the good side, the car got picked up on the 10th and delivered cross country by the 13th (MA to AZ) so it was very quick and Mom was pleased with that. I assume it was in good condition as I only made the arrangements; Mom got the car in the end and was happy so it ended well enough.
