The worst auto shipping brokers you will ever see. I put up my listing about 15 days back and not even once these guys contacted about finding a carrier. I worked with an agent named Stephen, who gives no shit about you once the contracts signed. Call him 1000 times, your calls will never be returned. The customer care ladies are rude af. I left the state after two weeks of reserving my car with them, and guess what it’s still in Michigan. If you want to work with them, sleep over your vehicle getting shipped. They do a terrible job, shame on you guys.

We have looked into this poster's claims, and have determined that there is no basis to any of the review's claims. We have a lengthy record of numerous carrier offers for this customer, each of which were immediately declined or ignored. Our agents attempted to reach out to the customer with every offer both by email and phone repeatedly, but we received no response from the customer. AmeriFreight did everything in its power to provide assistance on this order, but with 0 communication from the customer, we were ultimately unable to assist them.
