Overall decent experience. I used the cheapest option to get my car shipped from Maryland to Washington state. I had Virginia Raynes as my agent, she was friendly and helped me navigate through was needed from me quickly. Pros - They match you with a carrier that gets the job done - Decent Rates - My car arrived without any issues - Timely delivery. I received my car around a week later(the estimated delivery timeframe) Cons - Not the best at communication. You have to leave a voicemail for them to call back to you. - Did not get a follow-up call on the day of pick up - I had to work with the carrier myself - Carrier arrived 4 days later than the original estimated date for pick up - There was an initial mix-up with a carrier that was available. I was told that I had a carrier available and paid AmeriFreight the amount. However, was later told that there was some miscommunication and that the carrier had already filled the spot.
