The overall experience was good. I had never transported a car before. Understanding how the system works was a learning experience. I was in no rush. It took about a month from start to finish- OK with that. I got a quote - signed a contract with AmeriFreight- and waited for a trucking company to give me a price. AmeriFreight (based on the quote) charged 32% of quote- than car gets posted on the board, for truck Co to say they have room. I got some early quotes that did not bring it down to original estimate (25%+) - I didn't take it, I should have, and the final price was 50% above quote (#'s didn't come back down) - just wanted the car. AmeriFreight was courteous and informative- I would use them again
