From my first phone call to Amerifreight, the customer service was excellent. Each time I called, I was able to get an answer to my question easily, with a relatively short wait time. When I submitted a quote request, I received the quote within five minutes. After getting the quote, Amerifreight explained all of my transportation options to me and was able to recommend a transportation option that best suited my needs. On the same day that I received the quote, I was able to arrange a pickup for the very next day for a cross-country shipment of my vehicle. The vehicle pickup went smoothly, and the car was even delivered 4 days early.
