Overall, I had a good experience with AmeriFreight car shipping. It was my first time ever doing a car transport and my customer service representative, Brandy, was very helpful along the way. She was very communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and was honest with me throughout the process. I shipped my car from Rhode Island to Washington state and needed it to happen within a relatively small timeframe because of military orders. Customer service was usually quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, and helped me communicate with the carrier company that my car was dispatched to. I was promised a 3 day pickup window and my car was picked up on the 3rd day. It was delivered to me a day later than the estimate, but that was not a big deal to me. Although I initially had difficulty with getting the carrier company (West Coast Auto Transport) to answer my phone calls, that was no fault of AmeriFreight. They were ultimately able to help me get in contact with the driver, and the rest of the process went smoothly. I would use this company again.
