Samantha Smith was the agent who helped me throughout the shipping process. She was able to find me a transporter pretty quickly, especially considering the impact of COVID on the industry at the moment, and my car was picked up in San Diego Thursday night and delivered in Seattle on Sunday morning. No complaints, no headaches, just happy and relieved they made the process so easy for me.
