AmeriFreight gave me the lowest price ever but the best service! I have shipped my cars across country three times in the last few years, using three different companies. After this experience, I will only use AmeriFreight in the future. The two employees Amy and Leslie kept me posted at each step in the process and quickly responded to my calls and emails.
I used their Economy Saver Service and it took a little longer than expected for them to obtain a carrier, but no fault to them; just a sign of the tough economy. However, to accommodate me for the inconvenience, they lowered my deposit and added that additional money to the driver's payment (which resulted in them taking a cut in their share of the fee), all in an effort to keep my cost low.....Wow!!! Now that is an example of great CUSTOMER SERVICE at its finest! It is good to know there are still companies willing to go above and beyond to give great service!
