This is the second car I have moved across country in the past 30 days. I had heard so many horror stories and I was very nervous. I had contacted a few companies and I always got ambiguous responses. A friend in the warehousing industry recommended AmeriFreight so I called them. Melissa Dossett was the agent I spoke with. She treated me with courtesy and more importantly "honesty". She was always a phone call away and always got back to me quickly through the entire process. Both companies she acquired for each of my cars were professional and accommodating. I think the best word to describe the experience is integrity. I always knew what and when during the process. I would never trust anyone else.
