We apologize for the frustrations this customer experienced. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority! We have looked into the details of this order, and it seems that the customer opted for our Economy rate, which is explained in detail both by our customer service agents over the phone and in writing. This option allows for customers to receive multiple shipping offers from carriers, of which they have total control over making the final decision to accept an offer or wait for one that better suits their price range. This rate often saves customers hundreds of dollars on their auto shipments. We only suggest this rate for customers with wide open time frames, as it often can take a bit longer than our other rate options, in order to secure a carrier at the lowest rate. It is extremely important to us to always be transparent with each and every customer, as we understand the frustrations that can come with competitors in the industry who will over promise and under deliver.
