Working with Reginald was such a wonderful experience, as we worked out the details to ship 2 cars from CA to NC. He made a very stressful process run smoothly and reassured our cars' safety. He never displayed any frustration or annoyance by our constant calls/texts. We handed him a seemingly impossible task (considering how late in the game we booked shipping our cars) and he delivered flawlessly. Moreover, he was unbelievably patient throughout the process. The extent to which he tended to our situation went further than above and beyond customer service. It was honestly refreshing, especially since our experience with our customer service agent with the moving company has not been as favorable. I think the best way to describe his customer service is that he approached not only our situation with empathy, but also he treated our cars as if they were his own. He was a genuine human and treated us like unique individuals, as opposed to approaching us as a mere commission bonus (or however it works at AmeriFreight). I honestly cannot thank him enough for his approach, attitude, compassion, and service. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would absolutely rate our experience with Reginald as a 12. A 6 was what we expected going into this process. An 8 was for what we hoped. A 10 was only a dream. Then, he somehow picked up our delivery request and delivered a 12. A TWELVE. Even though we paid for a service and I do not know him but at all, I have to say that I am proud of him for the hard work he executed with our shipment.
