The overall experience was a 4.5 so I rounded up. The booking agent, Sarah, I dealt with communicated great with me and told me what to and not to expect. I did economy shipping, open trailer for my 51 Chevy truck from Reno, NV to Tempe, AZ. She told me that she put my pick up on their "board" and I, more than likely, would not hear any thing from them until the date I set pick up for, give or take a day. I had a flexible pick up of July 19th or after and an initial, possible rate of $660+. I was told this rate is the lowest possible but could and possibly would be higher depending on the company picking it up and that companies offer a rate and I could accept or decline and wait for another transport that may come in closer. I received an email from Bonnie on the 20th stating that there was a transport in the area that could pick up my truck and to call a number and speak to someone ASAP. Here is my only negative experience, trying to get a hold of someone at this poin. It was 6pm or so and when I called someone answered, the call was disconnected then I could not get a hold of anyone for almost an hour of trying. Bonnie was out of office, the other number I was given had me on hold for 50 minutes, left messages to call back, emailed. Finally an hourish later someone called back. They told me that the truck was in the area, could be to the pick up spot in 30 minutes and the cost was $900 and the truck would be delivered on or before July 24th. I planned a budget of $1000 so this was expected and good for me. The driver for BCT Transport showed up, got his trailer ready, and loaded up my "Tilda" truck. There was an issue with the ramp when loading but after that it went well. Got a call from the driver on the 23rd that he was stuck in Yuma with a blown out tire and would not make it on the 23rd as he had expected, waiting on a repair truck with specific tire.. Driver, cannot for the life of me remember his name, was in full contact with me during this time. He showed up a bit later in the evening on the 24th and met the delivery date. My truck was delivered in the exact condition she left Reno in. The driver was great!! Overall this was a pleasant experience and I would use them again.
