My niece used AmeriFreight to make the same move and she was impressed with the service and price. I checked around and true enough they were the better price. 1? The agent was helpful and explained everything. 2?s. She called back right away with a carrier. 2.5?s. Carrier called for pickup date and approximate time and then called again when 1hr out. 3.5?s. Agent emailed to see how pickup and delivery went. Pickup was fine but had not heard about delivery. She contacted carrier. Advised that there had been a breakdown but should be on the way soon. Carrier was to keep me up to date of progress. 4?s. Carrier called that they were on there way again and a day out called with a specific time. 4.5?. Delivered right on time! 5?s. Not a scratch on it. Although, I did pay extra for a covered carrier so I expected that. Agent contacted again by email and call to make sure delivery had gone well. Not only am I glad I went with AmeriFreight, but I will gladly recommend them since I know at least 2 people who've had a 5? experience with them.
