Amerifreight was very professional. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was knowlegeable and answered all my questions. One thing that impressed me was that they actually returned my calls after I left a message. The confirmation emails and receipts were sent immediately and gave me peace of mind that they knew what they were doing. We paid the extra $240 to have our car picked up within a 48 hr window, and sure enough, it was picked up that first day. Our car was being shipped from California to Virginia and I worried that our car would not be picked up in time. Paying the extra fee of $240 was well worth it. If we need to ship our car again, I would consider using Amerifreight again.
