Our vehicle transport was extremely smooth and quick!
The only thing that could have been improved was properly communication over expectations on when we would receive a bid.
We listed our car early because we thought earlier = better. Each day there’s no bid, the cost increases. But what we didn’t realize is that the bids are made only a few days ahead of transport. Meaning our car sat on the market with the hid increasing daily with little chance of it being booked.
My advice would be to list your car about a week before departure.
Overall I’d use again, and the process was easy and car was treated well. However it did end up costing more than expected based on the mechanics of the marketplace.
