When I first looked into having my car shipped from California to Virginia, I was overwhelmed by the number of companies competing for my business. After I read that Amerifrieght was in the top 10 of companies, and I read their good reviews, I chose Amerifreight. Raechel was the first I talked to and she answered a lot of my questions. Their website answered a lot more of my questions, which put my worries to ease. There were a few more ladies I spoke to at Amerifreight and they were all very nice, but my calls were not always returned in a timely matter. I spent the extra money to have a 48 hour pickup "window", my car was picked up on time. I was happy that I spent the extra money to have peace of mind that it was all going to happen in a timely manner, and make things easy on my end of the move. One thing that I wished I had done differently was that I should have reviewed the auto carrier that Amerifrieght selected to transport my car. I am not here to review the auto carrier so that story will be spared for now. All in all I believe that Amerifrieght was a good choice. I received my car, and the customer service was good. I would use them again in the future.
