After placing an online order, on the same day the company representative contacted me. Procedures for placing orders are very simple and easy to follow, overall service is excellent. after couple days I upgrated to priority and the vehicle was picked up next day. Even though I did some research in advance, my first experience wos good. The person who delivered the vehicle was very nice and kind. I would without a doubt use them again.
