follow-up on my review. After the issues I had shipping my car, I was contacted by a Sr.Vp of the company. He assured me that he had discussed the issues I had with the associate I worked with and called me personally to apologize. I must admit I was surprised by the call. I was even more surprised that he was going to give me a refund on the cost I had using their service. I had not asked for, or demanded a refund and I thought it was a stand up thing to do. Its nice every now and then to have a company admit that there was in issue and reach out personally to remedy the situation. Thanks AmeriFreight for your honesty..
