Order Number: 1502074464-XM I worked with Susan Jobin during the entire process of shipping my car. She was just wonderful and would check on me quite often to make sure everything was going accordingly. She even checked up on me after my car was picked up and on the way to its destination to make sure the pick-up was effortless. On the pick-up day though I did encounter a fairly rude dispatcher. When I actually got to my car I spoke with the driver and he was actually quite nice, the dispatcher was the one being rude and he apologized for it. I spoke with Susan about this man and she did make note of this within their company and apologized on his behalf. This is the only reason I gave 4/5 stars. Overall Susan was a wonderful woman who made this experience much better!
