I paid this company 2X the going rate because Shaunte promised a firm pick-up date to ship a vehicle from Maryland to Minnesota. After I paid the fee, Shaunte stopped communicating with me. I sent emails, texts and left voicemails. No response. I finally was able to get a supervisor to assist me and the vehicle was delivered. Based on my experience, I would never use this company again.
