I was hesitant but I had the best experience having my vehicle transported from the Atlanta area to Eugene, OR. The driver, Jessie, was such a pleasure. He called before hand and addressed any questions that I had. He was very prompt and i felt totally comfortable handing over the keys to my Honda! He also kept me updated during the process. He also made the dropoff very easy. The car was being shipped to my son who is away at college. He even commented on how thorough and prompt Mr. Jessie was. Also, i can't forget the CS Agent, Erica who was wonderful as well. She was always available and answered the 100 questions that I had. She was very patient. I appreciate the customer service that was provided to me. Im so thankful that this turned out to be such a great experience. I highly recommend this company.
