I was very happy with level of service that I received from my first call to AmeriFreight. The online quote was very competitive. When the service representative called me to review the information, she was very honest about the fact that the quote was off by $50 due to model difference. She gave me the option to continue with the process, chose someone else, or requote the job. The quote was still very competitive, so I chose AmeriFreight. I received prompt returned calls and emails throughout the proccess. I was offered the opportunity to get the automobile moved a couple of time if I was willing to raise my fee. I was not because I was not under a timeline, so I agreed to throw in $50 more when they threw in $50. Once a carrier accepted the transfer, I was clear as to the pick-up time and estimated delivery time. The delivery was one day after the estimated delivery and the vehicle was in great shape. The only complaint I had was that I was told that I would get a contract from the carrier picked up the vehicle, and I did not. Despite that, I would still choose AmeriFreight for any future transport needs.
