My Rep Susan was very helpful. I was stressing about if my vehicle would be accepted by a carrier & if it would ship in time and she would say let her take on the stress. The day before it had to be picked up she had contacted 23 companies and finally got a hold of a carrier that accepted the bid and transported my oversized vehicle from CA to FL.
