I shipped my car from Boston to Miami via AmeriFreight. My broker was Ben McArthur. Ben talked me through the process and helped me find the best deal. Despite being told by other brokers that it was not possible to get the date and time of my choosing without a hefty additional fee, Ben managed to achieve that for me within my timeframe. I had to catch a flight to Miami so I had to know the car had left. ben checked in on me before the pickup, after the pickup and after delivery. The actual transportation was super quick and got to Miami in two days (again, other brokers said it would take a week). The car arrived in the condition it left. I was even able to fill the trunk with essential items I wanted in Miami. Altogether, this exceeded all my expectations which had been set very low by other brokers who were very quick to tell me what I could not do and not very helpful in trying to get me what I wanted. Ben did that. I will certainly ask Ben to handle the return trip in the spring.
