Besides a little bit of communication issues on the driver and the dispatch side my experience was great! Driver was friendly, communicative and lives in my area so that was convenient. Sydni Anglin was a great representative to talk with and knew my needs. She messaged me personally throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! ONLY down side was the cost!
