Lena was responsive and proactive from the beginning.
She answered all my questions without a sweat and with utmost patience & professionalism. During the order signing she explained everything clearly and we never felt that we were being forced into something - like taking up a carrier or service that we didn't want.
The pick up and drop were smooth as well with car reaching 2 days before time.
