Great experience, everything went smoothly. Samantha Smith was very nice and extremely patient; I wasn’t in a rush so took my time and refused many carrier offers before accepting one that felt in my price range. Samantha was fantastic at staying in touch, keeping me posted and ensuring my experience. One issue: driver’s contact info wasn’t accurate, I was given his company’s info. Had trouble connecting with him for a drop on a Sunday (everything’s closed). Wasn’t updated on the delay and the drop had been moved to Monday. Could’ve had drivers info checked prior. Otherwise all good!
