The service worked well and I would recommend. The reason they lost a star was for changing the pickup location, and the pickup time day of. Pretty inconvenient but you have to work with the drivers. Also be aware it’s a cash hand off at drop off and I wasn’t told until day of. Since I moved across country it was hard to get a lot of cash last minute
