Prompt service and arranged for my car to be delivered a few days after the original pick up time (inclement weather). I paid for door to door, however the carrier was unable to pick up my car from my door OR deliver it to the door at my requested end location.
My pickup point of contact had to meet them at a nearby parking lot, and my delivery point of contact had to need them at a nearby parking lot. No discounts were offered or granted for this. However, this did not detract too much from the overall quality of the service and experience.
I would like to note that some personal items of significant value may or may not have been removed from my vehicle during transport, however I am unable to accurately confirm this.
