Baylee was so helpful with explaining the ins and outs of shipping our truck out of state. She put me at ease during the whole process by:
1) Staying available to answer questions whenever they came up
2) Providing detailed info about the entire process and how to contact the carrier to set up pick up and delivery with the driver
3) Going out of her way to help us resolve issues with delivery by speaking directly with the carrier’s owner, after the driver missed multiple scheduled arrival times that he had given us
4) Ensuring that we would not be charged extra for the driver’s inability to meet his own deadlines
