I shipped my car cross country and Amerifreight was great at communicating with me. The only thing I had issue with is that the person transporting my vehicle could not be reached at all even though he told me I could reach him anytime during transit. He was however ahead of schedule, which I knew based on the GPS on my car. I did have to call Amerifreight for them to confirm that my vehicle did indeed arrive at my destination city and then I had to go pick it up. Overall, great company to work with, just be cautious of the 3rd party doing the actual transport.
