It is very scary to trust total strangers to manage and ship your "baby," in this case my Audi. Maleah was my customer service agent and she was super communicative every step of the way. We even encountered a last minute snafu where the truck carrier broke down the day of my pick-up, but Maleah was able to find a replacement for the same price within hours, and they picked up the car the same day. She texted throughout the process and followed up post delivery. I will definitely use this service again should I need to ship a vehicle!
